These terms govern your use of Epik Brain, a business management application operated by Real Paid LLC ("we", "us").

1. Acceptance

By using Epik Brain, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

2. Account

• You are responsible for keeping your PIN secure.
• You are responsible for the data you enter and the actions taken through your account.
• You must be 18 or older to use the app.

3. Your Data

• You own your data. We don't claim ownership of anything you put into the app.
• You grant us a license to store, process, and display your data as necessary to provide the service.
• You can request export or deletion of your data at any time.
• When you connect your Google account, we access your Calendar, Gmail, and Contacts data solely to provide app features. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google Account permissions.
• Emails sent through the app are sent from your Google account on your behalf. You are responsible for the content of messages you send.

4. Acceptable Use

Don't use Epik Brain to:

• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Store or transmit illegal content
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Reverse engineer or resell the service

5. Service Availability

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, update features, or modify the app at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

Epik Brain is provided "as is." We are not liable for data loss, missed appointments, or business losses arising from use of the app. Back up important data independently.

7. Termination

Either party can terminate at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. On termination, you can request your data before it is deleted.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
